Thank you so much to Nicolas who has worked very hard to secure my daughter who was studying in the UK a flight back to Sydney after the government reduced the cap and Emirates cancelled her 2 flights. He provided great service, worked to understand my daughter’s requirements and secured a flight that met her needs at all times providing timely feedback, sometimes late into the evening. Where do I begin to thank Nicolas and his team for their excellent job in securing us flights from South Africa to Australia. From the first email reply (which was almost immediatly) Nicolas has assured me that he would get back to me even if it is a week or 2 later and also that he had to be absolutely sure that these flights were going to take place……and they DID!! He booked our flights from South Africa to Perth (with 2 stops) and also our inbound flight to Melbourne after quarantine. I was able to “harass” him with ANY question or concern whether it was after hours or over the weekend on his mobile number and he always replied immediatly! Nicolas organized every little detail of this flight and filled me in on everything from kids meals to frequent flyer miles…….Our first flight was on the 7th of Oct and Nicolas was monitoring us from the first Check-in, through 2 stop overs untill the last arrival through customs in Australia, being in contact via Whattsapp all the way, getting worried if I did not reply immediatly. We are forever grateful for his huge effort and highly recommend Nicolas and World Travel Connections.
