Thank you so much to Nicolas who has worked very hard to secure my daughter who was studying in the UK a flight back to Sydney after the government reduced the cap and Emirates cancelled her 2 flights. He provided great service, worked to understand my daughter’s requirements and secured a flight that met her needs at all times providing timely feedback, sometimes late into the evening. Thoroughly recommend and will use again when travel becomes an option.

Leaving this feedback on behalf of my mother, who just landed in Sydney after 5x cancelled flights over numerous months, and difficulty returning back to Australia from Europe:
Would highly recommend Nicolas, he was prompt, quick to respond, empathetic about my situation and did a fantastic job at getting me home. He replied regardless of time difference, and went out of his way to check in with me. He considered my financial circumstances, my location and what would be most realistic and possible for me, when trying to coordinate flights. I truly believe that without Nicolas’ assistance, I would still be stuck overseas. Very grateful, and would recommend to anyone currently trying to get home to Australia.

World Travel Connections is a big mind champion and the best travel agent. They managed to assist myself and my son to reach Australia during this difficult times of the pandemic and l am compelled to write this recommendation simply because Nicolas does such an amazing work, quick to respond to any questions and even flexible on time. We booked both our flights and a hotel room for our layover connection with them and all these events went smoothly. WTC is the way to go.

I was stranded in the UK for 4 Months away from family and work.
After 4 flight cancelations my wife was put in touch with Nic at world travel connections. Within 24 hours he had me on a flight back to Australia from the UK and now I am on day 4 of hotel quarantine.
I cannot thank Nic enough for what he did for me and would definitely use them again!

TI was having no luck getting return flights during Covid from Sydney to be with a terminally ill parent in the UK. Within minutes of contacting Nicolas he was empathetic of my predicament and before you knew it he had comprehensively and patiently explored all options. Absolutely would recommend Nic. Had been stuck in Southern Africa for a few months and within a week had managed to find flights back into Australia including stop over accomodation and ongoing flights once in Aus.
Was available at odd hours and most importantly kept us in the loop along the whole process whilst checking in along the the actual trip. Amazing service and a really friendly attitude.

My parents tickets booked from another agent were canceled four times and they cannot find suitable tickets at moment because there are a lots of restrictions for personal reasons. I found Nicolas from Facebook and he sorted the tickets for my parents less then 10 hours. He is so warmhearted and work very hard. He even thoughtfully book the wheelchairs and language assistance for my parents. My parents and I are very appreciate all you did, Nicolas!
