Thank you so much to Nicolas who has worked very hard to secure my daughter who was studying in the UK a flight back to Sydney after the government reduced the cap and Emirates cancelled her 2 flights. He provided great service, worked to understand my daughter’s requirements and secured a flight that met her needs at all times providing timely feedback, sometimes late into the evening. Thoroughly recommend and will use again when travel becomes an option.

Would highly recommend Nicolas, he was prompt, quick to respond, empathetic about my situation and did a fantastic job at getting me home. He replied regardless of time difference, and went out of his way to check in with me. He considered my financial circumstances, my location and what would be most realistic and possible for me, when trying to coordinate flights. I truly believe that without Nicolas’ assistance, I would still be stuck overseas. Very grateful, and would recommend to anyone currently trying to get home to Australia.

They managed to assist myself and my son to reach Australia during this difficult times of the pandemic and l am compelled to write this recommendation simply because Nicolas does such an amazing work, quick to respond to any questions and even flexible on time. I was stranded in the UK for 4 Months away from family and work.
After 4 flight cancelations my wife was put in touch with Nic at world travel connections. Within 24 hours he had me on a flight back to Australia from the UK and now I am on day 4 of hotel quarantine.

TI was having no luck getting return flights during Covid from Sydney to be with a terminally ill parent in the UK. Absolutely would recommend Nic. Had been stuck in Southern Africa for a few months and within a week had managed to find flights back into Australia including stop over accomodation and ongoing flights once in Aus.
Was available at odd hours and most importantly kept us in the loop along the whole process whilst checking in along the the actual trip. Amazing service and a really friendly attitude.
